Various scholars have different opinions regarding what personality is. However, personality can be described universally, as the combination of attitudinal, emotional and behavioral response patterns that a person depicts. Notably, some scholars define the term in regards to two of the aforementioned major characteristics that influence personality.
2. DEFINE SELF
Personality plays a key role in a persons self. What is more, there are other aspects that play a critical role to make up a persons self or the self. Thus, self can be described as comprising of a persons cognitions, conscious and unconscious aspects, feelings, thoughts and their personality. Research indicates that these combine into a persons core identity. Self is also considered under ego, individual, and the soul.
3. GIVE THE CHARACTERISTICS OF A HEALTHY PERSONALITY
Research opines that a healthy personality comprises of the small factors that add up to make up a persons disposition. Firstly, emotional stability plays a critical role in forming a persons healthy personality. This is because it is critical for a person to have control over their emotions. Additionally, a person with a healthy personality has control of negative and unreasonable emotions. Secondly, a person with a healthy personality is open. Research indicates that openness is s great characteristic for a person, as they have eagerness towards life and have a positive mentality. Openness is also a great characteristic, since it promotes imaginativeness and creativeness. Thirdly, a healthy personality comprises of conscientiousness. This revolves around a person being efficient and self organized. It should be noted that such a personality is competitive and is based on competence.

When I meet a person, their personality determines a lot how I am going to interact with them. Notably, personality comprises of a persons attitudes, emotions and behavior response to what is taking place around them and the people that they are interacting with. Thus, judging the aforementioned, I can easily decide how to interact with a person, as I it is easy to foretell their reaction in a given situation or instance.
5. WHAT GIVES A PERSONS LIFE MEANING?
Various things give a persons life meaning. An example of something that gives meaning to a persons life includes what they are living for, and what they desire to accomplish within a certain given time. When a person is focused on achieving something within a short or long period, they usually restructure their lives or schedules in accordance with their time plan, and that is what comprises of the meaning in their lives. Another thing that gives meaning to a persons life is the experience that they have gone through. Some people are shaped by hardships, while others are acculturated into comfortable lives.
6. WHAT MOTIVATES ALL HUMAN BEINGS? IS MOTIVATION LEARNED OR INNATE? DOES IT CHANGE DURING ONES LIFETIME?
Research confirms that people are motivated by the things that they desire. For instance, if a person desires to lead a colorful life, one will go to extend of working extra hours in order to realize their dreams. However, it should be noted that this motivation does not only originate from the innate, as a person can also learn how to become motivated. According to research, people can learn from another human beings schedule regarding how they manage their because the person that has learned from another person does not have the motivation from within, but from without. Motivation does change over time. The change occurs because a person feels that he or she has achieved what they anticipated before, and there is no need for more hard work because they have what they anticipated. However, for some people, motivation does not change over time because they usually consider it as a part of their life goal and they usually work towards that until they die.
7. WHAT IS SOCIALIZATION, AND HOW AND WHY DOES IT OCCUR IN HUMAN BEINGS?
For people to become socialized, they have to acquire the knowledge, social skills, language and values of a certain social group in order for them to become integrated and conform to the norms of the group. Notably, both external and internal characteristics play a critical role in the socialization of a person. This abounds from the fact that a person cannot be forced into socializing with a certain group, but they have to take their own personal initiative. Essentially, joining a group does not mean that you come with your own rules because there are already imposed rules and expectations of the group that a person is becoming socialized into. Socialization occurs because human beings are dependent. It means that in order for a person to rely on another individual, they have to learn their ways in order to know how well to approach each other in order to be assisted. Additionally, socialization occurs for recreational purposed, which is a common nature for human beings.
8. IN WHAT WAYS ARE ALL HUMAN BEINGS ALIKE?
All human beings are alike from the fact that they are all made in the image of God. Besides, all human beings are equal because they all undergo the same thought and bodily processes. Human beings are also alike because God made them with the sense of care, which is not common to other living creatures.
9. WHY ARE HUMAN BEINGS DIFFERENT? IS THE DIFFERENCE A PRODUCT OF THE ENVIRONMENT OR ARE WE BORN DIFFERENT?
Firstly, human beings are different because of their social environment. It can be explained from the perspective that the social environment, which comprises of the physical and social setting that a person grows in, influences their lives significantly. It should be noted that some people are raised in a rich background, while others in a poor social setting. The early life of a person also determines their nature. Psychology opines that a persons family background before the age of 5 really influences their character and this explains the differences inherent in people. Natural selection also plays a critical part in distinguishing people. Notably, some people are more adapted to the world, while others are less adapted. It contributes to the difference, since those who are more adapted, especially to severe conditions, survive more than those less adapted. Thus, it can be concluded that humans are not born different. What determines the differences in humans mostly rests on their family background and how well they are adapted to the world.
10. HOW CONSISTENT IS A NORMAL ADULT HUMAN BEING FROM ONE SITUATION TO THE NEXT? WHAT CAUSES INCONSISTENCIES, IF THERE ARE ANY?
According to research, normal human beings are not 100 percent consistent from one situation to the next. It abounds from the fact that people do change in terms of motivation and other factors. Consequently, people either tend to be even more consistent or less consistent in their new ventures, depending on what pushes them to achieve what they want. As explicated earlier, motivation plays a critical part in a persons consistency. This means that when a person is less motivated, they are not consistent, since their motivational will let off some of the energy they require to achieve what they intend.
